Collaborative on Faith and Disability

Fostering the flourishing of people with disabilities and their families is a core commitment of both service systems and faith communities. Yet each often struggles to support the spiritual needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Collaborative on Faith and Disability is a network of University Centers on Developmental Disabilities, scholars, and others involved in projects and initiatives aimed at addressing this dimensions of people's lives. The mission of our Collaborative is to support people with disabilities, their families, and those who support them by providing national and international leadership in the areas of research, education, service, and dissemination related to disability, religion, and inclusive supports.
